How and when we Ship

 We ship most packages within 48 hours by DHL, UPS ,TNT or EMS(3-7 Day). This allows them to be tracked and insured for loss or damage. If you would like us to ship by a faster method, you can select this option when you finish your order. DHL, UPS ,TNT or EMS don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time 

u        Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time

u        If you place an order after 3 P.M. Beijing Time (GMT+8), we will begin processing it on the next business day. Processing can take from 1 to several days depending on your product. Special orders and custom made product takes longer.

u       Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

u        Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders, or back orders)

u        If we must review an order for security reasons, that review may cause the Estimated Delivery Time to be delayed.

u        We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Time. The delivery company determines those times; however, we will expedite all orders to the best of our ability.

Special Orders 

Some products which you need special requirements but our standard one don’t have may be special orders, which will take a few days longer to ship. We make our best effort to mark such products or contact you as soon as your order is placed.
