Wenture's focus on accessibility encompasses our roles as a developer and manufacturer of fingerprint and electronic products, a service provider in the biometric and electronic industry looking to attract and retain the best talent in a competitive industry. To each of these roles, we bring a philosophy that focuses on enabling and easing information access for the largest numbers of people worldwide. Frequently, this involves the creation of special products or modification of the products we design and manufacture, but to achieve the greatest benefits requires more than just products.

Wenture's earliest efforts to focus on accessibility included the use of our extensive Research and Development facilities. Many of the technologies and innovative products that Wenture developed were offshoots of our investments to understand how people use technology.

In addition to research, product development and manufacturing, Wenture views accessibility in the context of how people work. Even the most accessible technologies can not fully support people unless they are combined with sensible business processes, management and personnel policies and support programs that combine to support access to the workplace and to information. This concept is applied across Wenture from web sites that support the public, to procurement approaches that enable customers to compete subscribe to services available.

Our investments in research have produced some surprising results. For example, technologies that enable fingerprint recognition were pioneered in research laboratories as alternatives to fingerprint and keypad but have found equal utility in enabling our users to access securely. R&D Based on Customer Needs

Not only do customers need products and technology, but more importantly, they need solutions that can bring them success in their business. Wenture has already made the transition from being technology-oriented to being driven by customer requirements, from solely providing products to offering complete end-to-end solutions, allowing the development of our products to be driven by our customers' success.

We continuously work towards improving our ability to innovate based on our customers' needs. Wenture has been investing a minimum of 10% of our annual revenue into R&D, with 10% of that investment used for pre-research to stay at the forefront of new technologies and breakthroughs. At present, Wenture has already successfully rolled out products and solutions in areas worldwide.


In addition, we have re-structured the organizational framework of our product line, in anticipation of future convergence and industry transformation. Wenture provides complete end-to-end solutions in areas including the service and application layer,core layer,access layer,and terminals, thereby offering our customers distinct advantages.

R&D Investment

By focusing on key technologies, Wenture has formed core technology systems for hardware and software. In addition, we have invested heavily in the development of our products.
